First of all, allow us to introduce ourselves. We are Evean and Debbie Benitz. We were married in 1969, and after coming home from proudly serving in the US Army, we raised five children. In 1993, we purchased this property from Debbie’s parents and named it Riverbend. After our kids were out of the nest and on their own, we built our first cabin next to the pond. Our intent was to live there for a year and then build our dream home, but we loved it so much, we lived in it for 11 years. This property offers gorgeous views of the Missouri River Valley and it’s rolling bluffs and timber. Deb and I both work hard to be good stewards of the land to be able to promote a sanctuary with beauty, fish and wildlife, joy and peace, but most importantly privacy. It has been our dream and passion to share our little slice of Heaven on Earth with all of you, who want to experience Mother Nature at her best.
